Autotask LiveLink for ATS ServiceBoard

This LiveLink launches a web form to create a case in ATS ServiceBoard from an Autotask Ticket. Certain fields that are common between Autotask and ATS ServiceBoard are populated directly from Autotask via the LiveLink. In addition to directly mapping exact field values, ATS ServiceBoard uses smart searching to produce the best results for approximate matches.

Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink will appear on the LiveLinks menu from the Ticket Details page, as well as the right-click menu for any Ticket, but only for the resources it has been published to.  MORE »
