Silverback Dashboard Login

This LiveLink opens a new browser window and takes the user directly to the Silverback dashboard. If you are not currently logged into your Silverback account you will be prompted for login information before being redirected to the dashboard.

Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink can be accessed through the LiveLinks folder on the left side of the screen under any Module that it has been published for.

NOTE: The IP address for the specific Silverback server used will have to be pasted into the base URL where [SERVER IP ADDRESS] appears by default.

Extension Features

• With one click access the Silverback main page
• If currently logged in to Silverback the main page is displayed
• If not logged in you will be prompted for login information, then taken to the home page

Special Instructions

This LiveLink will need to be editted in order to work properly. After the LiveLink is installed, right click the link and select Edit LiveLink from the menu. Then paste the IP address for the specific Silverback server used by your account into the base URL where [SERVER IP ADDRESS] appears by default.
