| With this LiveLink the user can open the ChannelOnline Home page directly from Autotask. The login information can be stored in Autotask, so once the credentials have been entered once there is no reason to be bothered for them again.
Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink can be accessed through the LiveLinks folder on the left side of the screen under any Module that it has been published for.
NOTE: This Link installs with a custom Application and requires some editing in order to work. See the Install Instructions for more details.
NOTE: The string [COMPANY_SHORTCUT] in the base URL must be replaced with your company shortcut. For example, usm.channelonline.com/autotask.

| This LiveLink makes it easy to open a ChannelOnline Contact's information directly from Autotask. The e-mail address of a Contact in Autotask is passed to ChannelOnline via the LiveLink. A ChannelOnline search results page of all matches opens in a new browser window.
Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink will appear on the LiveLinks menu from the Contact Details page, as well as the right-click menu for any Contact, but only for the resources it has been published to.

| This LiveLink makes it easy to open a ChannelOnline Customer's information directly from Autotask. The phone number of an Autotask Account is passed to ChannelOnline via the LiveLink. A ChannelOnline search results page of all matches opens in a new browser window.
NOTE: In order for this LiveLink to work properly the phone number must not contain an area code. For example: 720-3500.
