| AutotaskInside™ for Microsoft Outlook® is an Autotask extension that provides seamless
integration between Autotask and Microsoft Outlook email, calendar items and contacts. It allows
you to work only in Outlook and have access to many features of Autotask. This reduces or
eliminates the need for duplicate data entry and ensures that the most current data is available
in both applications. It makes sense to think of Outlook as an interface for some of your Autotask
data and functions, and to think of Autotask as the master database.

|  iLinc Meeting Invitation

| This LiveLink provides an easy way to invite Contacts to an iLinc meeting that you've created. When executed, the LiveLink will generate a new e-mail to a Contact with all necessary fields already filled in, plus the URL to the iLinc meeting. You can add a custom message if you wish, or just send the pre-defined message.
Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink will appear on the LiveLinks menu from the Contact Details page, as well as the right-click menu for any Contact, but only for the resources it has been published to.
NOTE: A UDF called "iLinc Meeting URL" must be created for Contacts.

|  Send AOL Instant Message

| This LiveLink will open a new AOL Instant message session with a Contact. If you are not currently signed on to the AIM service you will be asked to login before the chat can begin.
Before the LiveLink is available for use it must be published. The LiveLink will appear on the LiveLinks menu from the Contact Details page, as well as the right-click menu for any Contact, but only for the resources it has been published to.
NOTE: In order for this LiveLink to work correctly a UDF must be created for Contacts called "AOL Screen Name".

| This LiveLink makes it easy to compose a new e-mail message to a Contact. When executed a new e-mail will appear in your default e-mail client with the To field already filled in. Just type the body of the message and send.
