Kaseya & Autotask Creating Stronger Ties

Kaseya - a long-time Autotask partner and global provider of Managed Service Automation software for IT solution providers, recently announced it has launched a technology alliance program to improve customer service and support by collaborating with IT service companies and improving software integration. Autotask is among the first companies to join the alliance.

Many Autotask users also use Kaseya products and already take advantage of the basic integration capabilities, so alerts from Kaseya automatically become service tickets in Autotask. Kaseya will add an API later this year that will allow for deeper integration so mutual customers can better leverage their technology investments.

As a vendor responsible for providing you with the tools you use to run your business, Autotask will work closely with Kaseya and many other vendors to offer you the best service and support in the industry.
