A "Sneak-peek" At What's Ahead... updated 7/9/2007
We've seen some great examples already of what this means for our customers, and how it has further automated and streamlined their business processes. And this is only the beginning! In the months ahead we will be releasing additional web services, along with some of our own integrations using these very same web services that are available to you. In the near future, we will even be releasing Microsoft Exchange integration, which will enable realtime synchronization between Autotask and Microsoft Exchange of service calls and appointments. This integration was done entirely via our web services, and will be released with complete source code. This will enable you to tweak and customize your Exchange integration to the fullest extent, adding additional components that can be synched, and modifying existing settings.
